We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater position at a leading accident repair group in Crewe, Cheshire. Duties of the Panel Beater:

- Assess vehicle panels for damage, determining repair and replacement needs

- Remove damaged panels, ensuring proper alignment and fit

- Shape, repair, and restore panels with tools such as hammers, dollies, and welding equipment

- Apply fillers and prepare surfaces for painting

- Conduct quality and safety checks on all repairs

- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations

- Communicate repair progress and timelines to customers

- Support team goals by adhering to operational protocols and standards

Requirements of the Panel Beater:

- Full UK manual driving licence

- ATA Level 3 in Panel or equivalent certification

- Proven experience working as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Technician, or Bodyshop Technician

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Good understanding of vehicle repair procedures and health & safety standards
