Summary
The Main Duties Of The Job Will Include: Main duties of the job Your Duties will include: Undertake New Patient Health Checks Undertake NHS Health Checks Health promotion and Lifestyle advice, Supporting Long Term Condition Reviews Diabetic Foot Checks - were trained. Height, Weight and BMI measurements. Ensure specimens are recorded and ready for transportation Providing support in minor surgery clinics if required. Supporting QOF and BeCCoR priorities. Maintaining accurate clinical records, Supporting Infection prevention and control proceedures, Ensure fridges are routinely cleaned in accordance with current guidance Stock Control Work Collaboratively with GP's nurses and admin staff Administering certain Injections under PSD Please note this list is not exhaustive.
