Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Broadstairs that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to build your Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner seeking a fresh opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You'll help children develop greater confidence, independence and resilience while building upon the strong foundations established during their earlier years in primary school.You'll deliver engaging and creative lessons, foster a positive learning environment and support pupils as they develop the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm needed to thrive throughout Key Stage 2.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2

Can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the curriculum

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a passion for teaching
