Cedar Oak Healthcare is seeking a dedicated, compliance-driven, and compassionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our growing homecare service. Holding legal and operational responsibility for the agency, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain CQC registration and full regulatory compliance to achieve a minimum "Good" rating.
- Conduct initial client care needs/risk assessments and develop detailed person-centred care plans.
- Manage a mixed caseload across private-pay clients and Local Authority/Social Services frameworks.
- Lead, recruit, and support Care Coordinators and Support Workers using Access care management software.
- Act as Safeguarding Lead, conduct regular audits (care records, MAR sheets, staff files), and participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
