Teacher Trainer - Level 5 LST Apprenticeship
About the role
We are seeking an inspiring Teacher Trainer to deliver on our Level 5 Learning & Skills Teacher Apprenticeship, developing trainee teachers into confident, effective FE practitioners.
You'll combine excellent teaching, coaching and apprenticeship expertise to support strong progress, high-quality practice and successful completion.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training on the Level 5 programme
- Coach and mentor trainee teachers
- Track progress and support portfolios and EPA
- Work with workplace mentors and curriculum teams
- Contribute to quality improvement and curriculum development
- Undertake tutor responsibilities
About you
- Qualified teacher (Level 5+) with a record of good or better teaching
- Experience of coaching or developing staff
- Strong understanding of teaching, learning and assessment
- Organised, collaborative and committed to high standards
- Experience of delivering or supporting in ITE
