Summary

FLT Driver (Reach & Counterbalance)

The Best Connection Mansfield are currently recruiting experienced

FLT Drivers to join a well-established gift packaging company based in Mansfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a creative and fast-paced business known for its high-quality products and attention to detail.

We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals who hold

valid, accredited Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences and can work safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operating

Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.

Loading and unloading vehicles in line with company procedures.

Moving stock and finished goods throughout the warehouse.

Replenishing stock locations and ensuring materials are readily available for production and dispatch.

Assisting with the accurate picking and movement of customer orders.

Carrying out daily FLT safety checks and reporting any faults or defects.

Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely within designated locations.

Supporting the dispatch team with pallet movement and loading activities.

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse.

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Valid and accredited Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences (in-date certificates essential).

Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

Strong awareness of health and safety practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Flexible and reliable approach to work.

Working Hours & Pay Rate:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Pay rate dependent on experience
