Summary
Gospel Preaching and Teaching
• Preach and teach the Bible with clarity, relevance, and biblical authenticity
• Lead worship services and develop Sunday and weekly worship and discipleship opportunities
• Deliver engaging, biblically based sermons that inspire and equip the congregation for evangelism and mission
• Leading worship regularly and on special occasions
• Word expansion in line with Holy Bible and teaching in the School of Knowledge and wisdom
• Pastoral work: preaching, religious education, support in officiating at weddings/funerals, counselling, and welfare support
• Missionary activity: organising and supervising missionary work (excluding purely clerical/administrative tasks unless in a senior post)
• Religious order duties: working within the order or in activities directed by it
• Coordinating volunteers/lay preachers and training
• Senior organisational duties: e.g. personnel management, IT, accounts, finance, or interpreting religious texts
