Summary

Applications are invited from Ministers of Religion to take charge of Faith Congregation, Leeds, in the Midland District of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Europe Presbytery. The post is full-time for a period of 4 years, with the possibility of extension. The Europe Presbytery is made up of 7 Districts across Europe, with churches currently in 15 countries.

The appointee will be responsible to the District Minister of the Midland District. He/She will also contribute to preaching and pastoral work within the presbytery.

Pastoral duties include:

a. leading worship regularly;

b. providing religious education by preaching and teaching;

c. officiating at marriages, funerals and other religious ceremonies;

d. offering counselling and welfare support to members of the congregation

e. recruiting, training and co-ordinating work with local volunteers and lay preachers.

Salary, benefits and allowances will be in accordance with PCG, Europe Presbytery, renumeration structure.
