Summary

Tomorrow’s Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established and innovative manufacturer of sustainable composite construction solutions for an experienced Client Success Manager to focus on specification sales across the UK, with a particular emphasis on London and the South East.

This is a commercially focused role for an individual with experience selling construction products through the specification route, influencing architects, consultants, developers and design teams at the early stages of projects and converting those opportunities into secured sales.

The successful candidate will identify and develop specification opportunities across high-rise residential and commercial projects, positioning the company’s non-combustible decking, balustrading and associated solutions as the preferred choice. They will build long-term relationships with architects, landscape architects, fire consultants, façade consultants, developers, contractors and other key stakeholders.
