We are looking for a full-time Wills & Probate Solicitor, a dedicated and detail-oriented senior solicitor to join our CA Legal service and team to handle complex private client work on a self-supervised basis, a senior solicitor with 3–5 years’ experience in estate administration is required. The role will include managing higher-volume tasks such as will drafting, grant applications, and estate asset liquidation.

We are looking for:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 3-5 years PQE in Wills & Probate / private client work

• proven ability to manage own caseload independently (self-supervise) and meet deadlines and targets

• Excellent client-facing skills with empathy and sensitivity to bereaved and vulnerable clients

• Willingness to engage in networking, relationship-building, and service promotion

• Excellent written and oral communication, including drafting legal documents and client correspondence

Responsibilities / Key Tasks:

• Deliver wills, estate planning, LPAs, and trusts tailored to client needs, including tax and asset protection advice.

• Draft key legal documents such as wills, codicils, letters of wishes, and powers of attorney.

• Manage end-to-end estate administration, including probate applications, asset realisation, debt settlement, and distribution.

• Handle inheritance tax matters, liaising with HMRC and completing relevant IHT documentation.

• Maintain compliance with SRA and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate records, risk management, and participation in supervision and quality assurance.
