Summary
Purpose of Position: To assist with the smooth running of the Home and the general wellbeing of the residents and staff.
• To ensure that all staff contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.
• By teaching by example, train junior and new members of staff in all aspects of their work in the Home and to maintain an on-going assessment of the work of all staff to ensure consistently high standards.
• To ensure that the registered person is informed daily about the day to day running of the Home and immediately of any important issues.
