Summary

We're looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Registered Nurse.

At Haddon House, based in Clowne, S43, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and people living with dementia and complex needs. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Position Details

• Hours: 3 days per week

• Rate of pay: £23 per hour

• Schedule: Rota basis including weekends and bank holidays

• Sponsorship: We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role

Responsibilities

will include but are not limited to:

• Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.

• Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.

• Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.

• Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.

• Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
