We’re an easy-going couple looking for a kind and compassionate support worker to join our little team. We have a gorgeous one year old son who keeps us on our toes 👶💫 so a love of toddlers is a must!We’re looking for around 15.5 hours per week @ £14.67 per hour, mainly weekdays, with the occasional flexible weekend hour here and there.What you’ll be helping with
• A bit of cooking support 🍝
• Helping with the morning routine and getting our son to nursery 🚗
• Some light household support 🏡
• Enabling support for husband to stay as independent as possible
About usWe love spending time together going to the cinema 🎬 and theatre 🎭. Mark is a big football ⚽ and Formula 1 🏎️ fan. We also enjoy creative hobbies like Lego, painting miniatures, crochet and colouring in 🎨.
Life can be a bit unpredictable at times due to fluctuating health, but we keep things relaxed, positive and full of humour 😊Who we’re looking forWe would love someone who
• Is kind, patient and understanding of fluctuating health and fatigue 💛
• Supports us to do things, rather than doing everything for us
• Enjoys being around young children and is happy with a toddler routine 👶
• Might share some of our interests or just enjoy a good chat ☕
• Is comfortable driving and, if needed, carrying our child safely from the car to nursery
• Is aged 25 or over for insurance purposes
No specific gender required, just the right personality and attitude.If you’re someone who enjoys making a genuine difference while having a laugh along the way, we’d love to hear from you 😊✨Hours will be used in blocks over three days per week e.g. including a Tuesday and Friday.
Some flexibility for community access hours/medical appointments is required
