Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Gravesend that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner seeking a fresh challenge, we have a variety of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping pupils transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You'll support children as they develop greater confidence, independence and resilience while building upon the foundations established during their earlier years of learning.You'll deliver engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum, create a positive and inclusive classroom environment and help pupils develop the skills and enthusiasm needed to thrive throughout Key Stage 2.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2

Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that support pupil progress

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to helping every child reach their full potential

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a passion for teaching
