We're seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to join our production team and play a key role in supporting our growth and site transition to Alcester.
This hands-on role offers the chance to develop expertise across specialist tyre manufacturing processes, with full training provided. Over time, you'll progress into a broader production support role — training operators and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor — with a clear route to a
Team Leader position once the operation relocates to Alcester. It's a strong opportunity for someone looking to build both technical and leadership skills within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
• Learn and become proficient in specialist tyre manufacturing processes, including injection moulding, extrusion, and masterbatch mixing
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Support production activities to help meet quality and productivity targets
• Develop the skills to train and onboard future operators
• Support the Production Manager as experience and competence grow
• Support production readiness and operational continuity during the relocation to Alcester
• Progress towards Team Leader responsibilities following the move
Person Specification
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
• Good communicator, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to shift requirements, with an interest in progressing into a Team Leader role
Hours & Location
Initially based in
Northampton for training and production support:
• Mon–Thu, 6:30am–4:45pm
• Up to three separate two-week periods of night shifts may be required ahead of the relocation, to support stock-building
• Overtime paid after 43 hours/week and for Friday working
• £30/day travel allowance during the Northampton period, paid weekly
Following relocation, the role becomes
permanently based in Alcester (B49 6ES), with progression into a Team Leader role.

• £30,000–£33,000 per annum, depending on experience
• £30/day travel allowance during Northampton training, paid weekly
• Overtime opportunities
• Full training provided
