Are you an experienced Training & Improvement professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact?

We are seeking a hands-on Training & Improvement Manager to lead training initiatives, drive continuous improvement, enhance quality standards, and support the development of a high-performing customer service operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training programmes and refresher sessions

Identify skills gaps and implement targeted development plans

Analyse customer retention and quality data to identify improvement opportunities

Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure operational excellence

Lead continuous improvement projects that enhance performance and profitability

Produce reports and recommendations based on performance metrics and analysis

Coach and develop teams to achieve business objectives

Essential Requirements:

Minimum

3 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Continuous Improvement

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation and coaching abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
