Job Ref. TA20876

Location - Plymouth PL2

Introduction - I am a beautiful & loved 13-year-old boy who enjoys going out on Dartmoor walking on my good days and to beaches, but due to my rare condition I have energy bursts, so as my energy is limited we can use a wheelchair at times, I love visiting the aquarium, reading, having a laugh and socialising, I love listening to you sing so even if you can't hold a tune, you'll hold my attention.

Important information - You MUST include the following job reference in your covering letter if you add one : TA20876

Duties

I would like someone to accompany me to the activities that I enjoy. I require 2:1 support at all times and need to trust the people who support me. I currently have an experienced regular worker who has an established relationship with me who can help make connections with me. Support with Pad changing. Occasional physical support is required. I also need constant supervision as I cannot be left alone. I have no awareness of my own safety. I do tend to fall asleep and then have seizures, so I need to be not left to sleep during your working time with me. Detailed information will be provided by my Mum (your employer)

Ideally, I would like to establish a team of people that can support me into adulthood and beyond. I do like everybody.
