Mid Devon District Council is seeking a proactive, people focused Technical Support Team Leader to lead our Technical Support & Repairs team at Mid Devon Housing. This is a opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced customer environment and wants to make a direct impact on the quality of homes and services delivered to our tenants.

As the Technical Support Team Leader, you will lead a team that sits at the heart of Mid Devon Housing's customer services. Alongside coordinating responsive repairs and providing technical support, the team plays a vital role in supporting tenants, managing housing administration processes and helping customers access the services they need. Working across a wide range of housing functions and as one of the first points of contact for many tenants, your team will help people access services, resolve problems and get the support they need.
