Summary
To be responsible for the efficient operation of 5 Retail Charity Shops in Mid & West Cornwall. Objectives – assisting with all aspects of the retail trade, including overseeing of staff at all locations/ branches. Identify and capitalise on market potential to increase sales revenue, be aware of cost control and take steps to be cost effective.
