Responsibilities

- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing effective solutions.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

- Must hold a valid JIB card.

- Proven experience as an Electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.

- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A valid UK driving license is preferred but not essential.

Day-to-Day

- Conduct electrical installations and upgrades in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning optimally.

- Respond to service calls and resolve electrical faults promptly.

- Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure work is completed to specifications.

- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
