Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive company growth by creating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients through lead generation activities, industry networking, and market intelligence.

• Establish strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage long-term business partnerships.

• Present and promote company services to prospective clients, ensuring a high rate of lead conversion.

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support growth strategies.

• Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and business presentations for prospective customers.

• Attend trade fairs, business forums, and professional networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new contacts.

• Work closely with operational and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Support customer retention initiatives and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
