Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Family Help team within the Central Locality. As a qualified Social Care professional, you will play a vital role in supporting families and children who require assistance to improve their wellbeing and safety. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide early intervention, assessment, and ongoing support to families in need. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with service users, understanding their unique circumstances, and developing tailored care plans to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will also engage with partner agencies, including health, education, and community organizations, to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
Develop, implement, and review individualized intervention plans to support family wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams including health, education, and community organizations.
Provide regular support and guidance to families to promote positive parenting and child development.
Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with organizational and legal requirements.
Attend and contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and court proceedings as required.
Promote safeguarding practices to protect vulnerable children and adults within the community.
Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice to enhance service delivery.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £36363.00
