Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist specializing in Children's services to join our dynamic team. This role is classified as Grade 8 and requires a qualified professional registered in social care. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving the health and well-being of children by providing expert occupational therapy services, tailored interventions, and support to meet the unique needs of each child. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement treatment plans that promote independence, enhance functional abilities, and support developmental progress. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s occupational therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children’s development.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Provide specialist advice and guidance to children, families, and carers.

Lead and participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Mentor and support junior therapists and other staff members.

Ensure all interventions comply with relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards.

End Time: 17.00

Pay Per Day: £253.53

Location: Sutton, London
