Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's reputable main dealer group in Brighton, East Sussex.

Duties:

- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment

- Carrying out routine services and repairs to manufacturer standards

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment following health and safety regulations

- Liaising with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work

- Completing service documentation accurately, including electronic job sheets and reports

- Supporting and mentoring team members to uphold high-quality standards

- Continuing professional development through manufacturer training, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology

- Ensuring work is completed within specified deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

- Relevant NVQ or IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)

- Experience in a main dealer environment is highly desirable

- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern vehicle systems

- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

- Full UK driving licence

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Good organisational skills and professional appearance
