Summary

HGV Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Excellent Pay - Immediate Start

Our client is a respected family-owned transport and logistics company with a strong presence across the UK and international markets. Operating within the construction, retail, and manufacturing sectors, they transport a wide range of products and materials while delivering first-class service through their partnership with The Pallet Network (TPN).

The role of a HGV Class 2 Driver will include delivery of palletised goods to businesses within the South Yorkshire area averaging 10-12 drops per shift. Drivers will be required to either open a curtain side trailor and wait to be unloaded, or offload pallets using an electric pump truck and tail lift.

Drivers will be expected to carry out daily vehicle inspections, operate in line with all transport legislation and company procedures, and ensure all delivery notes and transport paperwork are completed accurately throughout each shift.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess the following:

- A valid HGV Class 2 (C) Driving Licence

- A current Driver CPC qualification

- A valid Digital Tachograph Card

- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence

- A minimum of 12 months' Class 1 driving experience
