What You'll Be Doing
- Managing reception and creating a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience
- Maintaining learner records and ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Supporting attendance monitoring and safeguarding administration
- Coordinating learner registrations, qualification records, and awarding body administration
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including meetings and reports
- Maintaining organised office systems, resources, and day-to-day operational processes
- Acting as a key point of contact for learners, families, staff, and external agencies
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Previous administration experience within education, training, or a busy office environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Confidence using digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Someone reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering a high standard of work
