What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing reception and creating a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Maintaining learner records and ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and safeguarding administration
  • Coordinating learner registrations, qualification records, and awarding body administration
  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including meetings and reports
  • Maintaining organised office systems, resources, and day-to-day operational processes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for learners, families, staff, and external agencies

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Previous administration experience within education, training, or a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
  • Confidence using digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Someone reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering a high standard of work
