You'll play a key role in managing warranty claims from initial submission through to resolution, ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with customers and service partners.

THE ROLE

As a Warranty Specialist, you'll manage warranty claims, repairs and customer communications, ensuring cases are handled accurately and within the required timescales.

Key responsibilities include:

·Reviewing and processing warranty claims and supporting documentation

·Ensuring claims are accurate and processed efficiently

·Coordinating repairs, replacements and returns with service centres and vendors

·Communicating with customers regarding claim progress and resolutions

·Investigating recurring warranty issues and identifying potential corrective actions

·Maintaining accurate warranty databases and records

·Producing and maintaining warranty reports

·Ensuring relevant compliance records are kept up to date

·Managing multiple warranty cases simultaneously

ABOUT YOU

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

·Previous experience in warranty administration, warranty claims or claims handling is preferred

·Ideally 1-3 years' relevant experience

·Strong customer service and communication skills

·Excellent attention to detail

·Strong administration and record-keeping abilities

·Basic technical aptitude relevant to the product line

·Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively

·Professional and organised approach to problem solving

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

·Experience using warranty management systems or CRM platforms

·Understanding of RMA processes

·Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

·Understanding of parts logistics and repair processes
