Summary

Head of IT & Systems

KPI Retail are exclusively partnering with a growing premium lifestyle and accessories business looking for an experienced

Head of IT & Systems to lead its technology and systems strategy across two established consumer brands.

This is a genuinely strategic technology leadership role.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the business has the

systems, technology and infrastructure needed to support its next stage of growth, owning the systems roadmap and working closely with senior stakeholders to make sure investment and priorities are aligned with wider commercial objectives.

The role

You'll lead the Systems function and take ownership of the overall technology roadmap, balancing long-term transformation with operational resilience and day-to-day business requirements.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Owning the

Systems strategy and roadmap

- Leading technology transformation and strategic systems initiatives

- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

- Managing technology investment, budgets and prioritisation

- Overseeing third-party suppliers, contracts and service performance

- Strengthening governance, security and operational resilience

- Leading and developing the wider Systems team

- Working closely with the

AI Architect to identify opportunities to use emerging technology across the business

- Ensuring systems remain

scalable, secure and integrated as the organisation grows

We're looking for an established technology leader with experience across

business systems, technology transformation or operational systems, combined with strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn business priorities into a clear technology strategy.

Experience across

ERP, WMS, ecommerce, reporting or systems integration environments would be particularly valuable.
