Our client, a reputable main dealership in Kidderminster, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with dealership or warranty administration experience to develop their career within a stable and professional environment. The ideal individual will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

- £32,000 basic salary with potential to achieve £36,000 OTE

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

- Processing warranty claims and invoicing accurately and efficiently

- Managing retail invoicing and general administration tasks

- Supporting the service department with day-to-day administrative duties

- Resolving supplier and invoice queries promptly

- Preparing and issuing customer quotations

- Following up outstanding purchase orders

- Maintaining accurate documentation and records

- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email

- Ordering stationery and managing general office requirements

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

- Proven warranty or dealership administration experience

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Confident communicator, both written and verbal

- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively as the Warranty Administrator

- Commercially aware with a customer-focused attitude

- Resilient, reliable, and professional demeanor
