Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a state-of-the-art bodyshop in Kidderminster. This is a valuable opportunity for a skilled vehicle painter looking to work within a professional and well-equipped workshop environment. Our client is offering a competitive salary, negotiable for the right Paint Sprayer, along with excellent working conditions and long-term stability.

Duties:

- Preparing vehicles to a high standard for painting

- Carrying out professional vehicle painting and refinishing

- Completing prep and paint work to exceptional quality

- Applying paint using spray equipment as a Paint Sprayer to achieve a flawless finish

- Ensuring a high-quality finish on every vehicle as a Paint Sprayer

- Collaborating effectively with the wider bodyshop team

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer

- ATA/IMI Paint Qualification essential

- Strong experience across prep and spray painting processes

- Excellent attention to detail

- Pride in delivering high-quality work

- Reliable, hardworking, and professional approach
