We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. The duties of the Parts Advisor include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

- Managing parts orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Maintaining inventory control and accurate records of parts movements

- Supporting sales growth through identifying additional sales opportunities

- Assisting with marketing initiatives and promoting parts products

- Ensuring the presentation and organisation of the parts department meet high standards

- Supporting colleagues with parts enquiries and technical support

- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining a tidy workspace

- Developing technical knowledge of vehicle parts and internal IT systems

The ideal individual for the Parts Advisor role will have:

- Previous experience in customer service or automotive parts sales (desirable)

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the Parts Advisor

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

- IT literacy; training will be provided on in-house systems

- A passion for the automotive industry and delivering excellent customer experiences
