Hays Education is working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Warwick that is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This rewarding SEND Teaching Assistant role in Warwick involves supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential within a nurturing primary school environment.

The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Warwick, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.

Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support.

Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and positive behaviour

Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, care, or support setting.

Experience supporting pupils with SEN.

A patient, compassionate, and positive approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
