The company is seeking a capable Press Brake Setter Operator to support its technical and manufacturing activities on a temporary night-shift assignment. Beneficial if you have experience in running Amada, Trumpf & LVD machinesThe roleAs a Press Brake Setter Operator, you will set and operate press brake machinery to produce accurate components in line with drawings, specifications and production requirements. You will work carefully and consistently to maintain quality, output and safe working practices throughout each shift.Key responsibilitiesSet and operate press brake machinery for a range of componentsRead and interpret engineering drawings and measurementsSelect suitable tooling and adjust machine settings as requiredCheck finished work using appropriate measuring equipmentIdentify and report quality or equipment issuesMaintain a tidy, organised and safe work areaFollow company procedures and health and safety requirementsSkills and experiencePrevious experience setting and operating press brake machineryAbility to read technical drawings and work to measurementsGood attention to detail and a quality-focused approachReliable, organised and able to work independentlyWillingness to work night shiftsRelevant experience in fabrication, sheet metal or a similar technical manufacturing environment would be usefulIf you have the practical experience and attention to detail required for this role, we would like to hear from you.
