We are seeking a polished and proactive Client Service Host to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for colleagues, clients and visitors.
Acting as a highly visible and welcoming presence, you will ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, care and service excellence.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a premium corporate environment and takes pride in creating memorable workplace experiences.
Working across two high-profile locations, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues, guests, meetings and events while maintaining outstanding service standards throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to colleagues, visitors and clients.
Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, including preparation, presentation, replenishment and clearing.
Act as an ambassador for the workplace, creating memorable hospitality experiences for colleagues and guests.
Monitor hospitality and service areas throughout the day to ensure excellent presentation and guest satisfaction.
Maintain stock levels and proactively address service requirements and guest needs.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Assist with meeting room and event set-up, hospitality delivery, refreshments and post-event breakdown.
Anticipate client and colleague needs, resolving routine issues promptly and escalating where appropriate.

Proven experience delivering 5-star customer service.
Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills.
High-level hospitality experience within a premium environment.
Front-of-house restaurant service experience.
Corporate hospitality experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
