We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to provide a world-class front of house service within a busy corporate environment.
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional visitor experience, ensuring all front of house services operate efficiently, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a client-facing role, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and can effectively manage visitor enquiries, meeting room requirements, and hospitality support while maintaining high professional standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a professional, courteous and service-focused front of house experience for clients and visitors.
Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and notifying hosts of guest arrivals.
Manage visitor registration and related front of house procedures.
Coordinate meeting room bookings using Outlook and oversee meeting room services from booking through to event support.
Assist with hospitality requirements and ensure meeting spaces are prepared as required.
Respond to and action general concierge requests, including site facilities enquiries, taxi bookings and restaurant reservations.
Liaise with internal departments to support the smooth operation of the site.
Maintain service records and provide statistics for regular client meetings.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous reception experience within a busy corporate environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to go the extra mile.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders and visitors.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Flexible, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
