Primary Teacher – September Start
Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Leicester City from September 2026.
This opportunity would suit a qualified teacher looking for either flexible supply work or a more consistent long-term placement. The school is looking for someone who can quickly establish positive relationships, maintain high classroom standards and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver effective lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
Teach across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, depending on experience.
Provide engaging and appropriately differentiated learning.
Establish clear expectations for behaviour and learning.
Monitor pupil progress and respond to individual learning needs.
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom.
Develop strong professional relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and support staff.
Follow school procedures relating to safeguarding, behaviour and attendance.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupils' ongoing development.
