Summary

Summary:

The Waste Data Officer will provide administrative, data and performance support to the Domestic Waste Team, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant waste service information. The role will be responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting operational data relating to domestic and commercial waste, recycling, household waste services and related activities.

Responsibilities:

Collect, collate, validate and analyse waste and recycling service data to support operational and management decision-making.

Develop and maintain management information and reporting systems to monitor service performance and compliance.

Support the monitoring of domestic and commercial waste service performance against agreed standards, targets and key performance indicators.

Coordinate and respond to Freedom of Information requests and customer complaints relating to household waste, recycling centres, bin delivery and bulky waste services.
