Duties of the General Manager:

- Support financial control, reporting, and budgeting activities

- Contribute to strategic planning and business improvements as the General Manager

- Work towards achieving ownership of the business in the future

Requirements of the General Manager:

- Proven experience as a garage manager or in a similar senior role within the motor trade

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Sound business acumen, with a focus on operational efficiencies

- Ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-off management style

- Financially literate, with knowledge of automotive sector metrics
