Weekend Cleaning Operator

Sodexo is looking for a reliable and detail-focused
Weekend Cleaning Operator to join our team in Oban.
You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and professional workplace, ensuring all areas are serviced in line with agreed cleaning schedules and standards. Working as part of a wider team, you’ll also provide support to the Facilities operation when required.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out scheduled cleaning duties across the office site, ensuring all areas are maintained to the required
- Complete general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed to the required standards
- Use cleaning equipment and
- Follow all Sodexo and client
- Report any incidents, defects, damage or other issues promptly to the appropriate manager
- Provide a professional, polite and courteous service to customers and colleagues
- Support other areas of the Facilities operation when required
- Complete any required documentation accurately and in line with procedures

What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is desirable
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a well-organised approach
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritise tasks and work to agreed schedules

- A flexible and reliable approach to supporting the wider team when required
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service
