We’re currently looking for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team at our Colwick site. You’ll become part of a lively, supportive, and dynamic team, helping to handcraft the high-quality, made-to-measure blinds and curtains that Hillarys is known for.

No previous experience? No problem.

We’re looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding products every time.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of a skilled production team

Manually creating high-quality bespoke blinds and curtains

Following processes to ensure consistent product quality

Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Carrying out tasks involving heavy lifting, operating a JLG, and working at height

What we’re looking for

A strong team player who enjoys hands-on work

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Attention to detail and pride in your work

Working hours

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week

Plus a Christmas shutdown period
