Summary

A well-established business based in West Cumbria has an opening for a professional Accounts Supervisor to join their team on a part-time 3 days per week basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the company’s finance function.

In your new role you will be providing essential support across a range of financial and administrative tasks.

Your new job:

- Lead and manage the company sales and purchase ledger processes, including invoice runs, payment processing and resolving any queries.

- Allocating costs and journaling.

- Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining monthly financial spreadsheets via multiple interdepartmental budgets/costs.

- Work closely with departmental heads to ensure month end management accounts are produced in a timely manner and to tight deadlines.

- Work closely with the Company Secretary to help modernise the systems.
