About the role

Female Support Worker

Acle, NR13

-

15 hours per week

-

£12.85 per hour

-

Shift pattern includes 4pm-10pm (sleep-in), followed by 9am-4pm. You'll be expected to do 1-2 sleep-ins per week.

You'll be supporting two fantastic women, aged 25 to mid-40s, in their shared supported living home. Both are lively, engaging, and love staying active, from bowling and cinema trips to baking cakes, making dog biscuits, and visiting their favourite shops.

Each woman has her own support needs. One enjoys her independence and takes pride in her cooking and daily routines. The second woman requires full personal care and support with meals. She's engaging and expressive, and thrives with someone who's emotionally resilient, confident, and always thinking ahead.

This is a lone-working role so we're looking for someone who's calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and brings a reassuring presence. Both women use words to communicate and flourish with support workers who are upbeat, motivated, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

About You

We're looking for someone who is caring, adaptable and passionate about helping people live great lives. You'll share our values and enjoy building positive relationships with the people we support, their families and colleagues.

You'll be:

- Confident supporting people to develop independence and achieve their goals.

- A strong team player with good communication skills.

- Able to respond positively to changing support needs and environments.

- Comfortable using basic IT systems and completing records.

Previous care experience isn't essential - if you share our values and have a positive attitude, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
