The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils' learning in the classroom

Work with individuals and small groups to help them achieve their targets

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required

Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a school, nursery, care or support setting

A passion for helping children learn and develop

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
