Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Ashford that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to strengthen your Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner searching for a fresh challenge, we have a variety of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, strengthen their understanding across the curriculum and develop the independence needed to succeed as they progress through primary school.You'll deliver engaging and creative lessons, foster a positive learning environment and support pupils as they continue to grow academically, socially and emotionally. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while helping children develop a love of learning and achieve their full potential.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Key Stage 2

Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the curriculum

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a passion for teaching
