What You'll Be Doing

As a Home Care Worker in Blackpool, you’ll be a vital lifeline, supporting clients in their own homes by:

Delivering personal care with dignity and respect.

Assisting with daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping).

Providing companionship, a friendly chat, and emotional support.

Carrying out routine wellbeing checks.

Following personalized care plans and company procedures.

Essential Requirements

✔ Right to work in the UK

✔ A compassionate, friendly, and reliable approach

✔ Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends

✔ Willingness to undergo relevant background checks

Experience and Skills

✔ Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ A genuine passion for supporting others

Driving Requirements

✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

✔ Class 1 Business Insurance or willingness to obtain it
