Summary

Home Care Worker (Domicilliary Care)

🕒 Flexible Hours | Zero-Hour Contract (7am–10pm, Mon–Sun)

💷 £125 Welcome Bonus | Weekly Pay

Location Requirement: Driver positions are available across the FY4 area. Walking rounds are available exclusively within the FY4 4QL postcode area.

Your Role

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes by:

Delivering personal care with dignity and respect

Assisting with daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)

Providing companionship and emotional support

Carrying out wellbeing checks

Following care plans and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)

Friendly, compassionate and reliable attitude

Good communication skills

Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends

Willingness to undergo background checks

🚗 Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required

✔ Class 1 Business Insurance (or willing to obtain)
