Role Overview
We are recruiting a Patrol Officer / Car Park Attenant to work for our client, a prestigious student accommodation provider Cardiff City Centre. You will be required to work Saturday 29 August, Saturday 6 September and Sunday 7 September supporting for the intake for the new academic year.
You will help maintain a safe and well managed environment by carrying out regular site patrols, monitoring access points, supporting residents and visitors, and coordinating vehicle movement within the car park. This role requires a calm, professional presence and strong awareness of surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out regular site patrols across the premises
Manage vehicle and pedestrian flow within the car park
Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors
Maintain a safe environment by completing basic site checks and reporting any incidents
