Housing Receptionist

Location: Uxbridge , London

Hours: 35 hours per week (rota including evenings, weekends & public holidays)

Contract: Full-time

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in

Uxbridge for a

Housing Receptionist to join a friendly, community-focused supported housing service.

The Role

You will be the

first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and providing excellent front-of-house support.

Key duties include:

Welcoming residents and visitors

Answering phone and email enquiries

Managing bookings and reception administration

Carrying out basic

safety and wellbeing checks

Supporting general admin tasks

About You

Someone who

takes pride in being the face of the organisation and understands the importance of first impressions

Excellent communication and people skills with a professional telephone manner

Organised, reliable, and able to multitask

Proactive attitude and keen to grow in the role

Flexible to work

rota shifts including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

✔ Comfortable using IT systems
