Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking Support Workers to support adults in supported living services across Bristol, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.
The Role
- Support with daily living tasks, personal care and household duties.
- Encourage independence and community involvement.
- Assist with appointments, activities, budgeting and tenancy support.
- Administer medication following training.
- Promote emotional wellbeing, dignity and choice.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
