Its work combines manufacturing with delivery support, helping customers receive practical furniture solutions and responsive service for a range of environments.The roleAn opportunity is available for a reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to support daytime delivery operations in and around Nottingham. You will be responsible for transporting furniture safely and professionally, representing the business positively when dealing with customers and delivery locations.Key responsibilities• Carry out planned deliveries using a 7.5-tonne vehicle• Load, secure and unload furniture safely• Complete vehicle and delivery checks before and after each shift• Follow delivery instructions, route plans and relevant transport regulations• Provide polite and helpful service at delivery locations• Obtain delivery confirmation and report any issues promptly• Keep the vehicle clean, secure and roadworthy• Assist with the safe handling of furniture where requiredSkills and qualifications• A valid Category C1 licence, or equivalent entitlement to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle• A valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)• A current digital tachograph card• Previous commercial driving or multi-drop delivery experience is desirable• Good knowledge of Nottingham and surrounding areas would be useful• Physically fit enough to handle furniture safely• A responsible, reliable and customer-focused approach• Good communication skills and a professional manner• The ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyBenefits• £15 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employers• Temporary daytime work in NottinghamIf you are an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver looking for a temporary daytime opportunity, apply today.
